歷時二十余年的成長發(fā)展，F(xiàn)HC已經(jīng)成為業(yè)內(nèi)--的貿(mào)易展覽。在中國餐飲行業(yè)巨大的市場需求下，F(xiàn)HC致力于為各大跨國公司打造進(jìn)駐中國食品飲料市場的重要平臺。2021年FHC上海環(huán)球食品展的整體面積達(dá)到18萬平方米，到場觀眾127,454位，參展廠商共計2,500家，打破往屆展會各項(xiàng)記錄。展出產(chǎn)品包含 生鮮食材：果蔬、綠色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、有機(jī)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、觀賞型農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、粗加工農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、魚、蟹、貝殼、龍蝦、三文魚、牛肉、羊肉、豬肉、家禽、清真肉、內(nèi)臟制品、加工肉制品、加工海洋制品等

隨著我國人口的不斷增長，以及消費(fèi)者收入水平的不斷提高，人們對肉類食品和海鮮水產(chǎn)的購買支出也不斷增加，使得肉類行業(yè)和海鮮水產(chǎn)行業(yè)始終保持了多年的穩(wěn)健增長。近年來，兩個高增長行業(yè)已經(jīng)由基本的供需平衡逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楣┎粦?yīng)求，且供不應(yīng)求的現(xiàn)象開始逐年增加，相關(guān)熱點(diǎn)話題高居不下。 With the continuous growth of China's population and the continuous improvement of consumer income levels, people's purchase expenditures on meat foods and seafood have also continued to increase, making the meat industry and seafood aquaculture industry maintain a steady growth for many years. 故本次論壇將保留肉類論壇，并新增海鮮水產(chǎn)論壇部分，且將邀請來自全球肉產(chǎn)品和海鮮水產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品主產(chǎn)國的企業(yè)代表、商超、協(xié)會機(jī)構(gòu)等該代表共聚一堂，深入分析目前全球肉類、海鮮兩大產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)出口端現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢。 Therefore, this forum will retain the meat forum and add a seafood and aquatic forum section, and will invite industry representatives from the major producers of meat and seafood aquatic products from the world, supermarkets, associations and other industry expert to gather together to deepen analyze the current status and development trends of the import and export of the global meat and seafood representatives.
