食品飲料及餐飲設(shè)備展覽會(huì)（簡(jiǎn)稱“FHC上海環(huán)球食品展”）已于2020年11月12日在上海新國(guó)際博覽中心圓滿落下帷幕。 在全球抗疫的大環(huán)境下，這場(chǎng)為期三天的展會(huì)依舊吸引行業(yè)各界人士積極響應(yīng)，通過(guò)參與展會(huì)活動(dòng)為食飲產(chǎn)業(yè)回暖復(fù)蘇與進(jìn)一步升級(jí)發(fā)展奠定重要基礎(chǔ)。 盡管出行條件受限，仍有來(lái)自21個(gè)國(guó)家及地區(qū)的海外品牌通過(guò)代理商或在商協(xié)會(huì)、使領(lǐng)館等機(jī)構(gòu)支持下積極參與展會(huì)亮相，包括德國(guó)、法國(guó)、奧地利、 意大利、荷蘭、俄羅斯、加拿大、南非、日本及美國(guó)在內(nèi)的10個(gè)國(guó)際展團(tuán)攜手參與，帶領(lǐng)更多企業(yè)借助線上平臺(tái)的輔助與國(guó)內(nèi)采購(gòu)商建立溝通。來(lái)自 本土的眾多業(yè)界領(lǐng)軍品牌一如既往支持參與，各領(lǐng)域各地區(qū)權(quán)威行業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)組團(tuán)加盟，助力FHC不斷邁向更寬闊的行業(yè)領(lǐng)域。 In post-COVID-19, China’s catering industry is facing new opportunities and challenges. As the leading platform for China’s food and beverage market, the 24th FHC - Shanghai Global Food Trade Show, was held at Shanghai New International Expo Centre from November 10 to 12, 2020. Overseas companies with great desire to revive business showcased their products on the spot, get information and network efficiently. This year we saw 10 international pavilions participated the physical show via local partners. These include pavilions from Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Netherlands, Russia, Canada, South Africa, Japan and America.

很高興能再次參觀FHC展會(huì)。今年的疫情沖擊使大家的業(yè)務(wù)受到影響，在這里 與業(yè)內(nèi)伙伴相聚，給了我們交流分享的重要平臺(tái)，討論共同面臨的難題，尋求 業(yè)務(wù)合作的新方向。 It’s a great pleasure to attend the FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show once again in 2020. Our business was damaged due to the pandemic, but we can network with peers and talk about the hardships we are facing, new opportunities and directions would be discovered at FHC then. 觀 眾 寄 語(yǔ) “ 除了豐富多樣的產(chǎn)品展區(qū)，印象比較深的還有很多場(chǎng)專業(yè)論壇，探討食品 行業(yè)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的狀況與突破口。我和同事分別去參加了幾場(chǎng)不同的論壇， 接觸到不少優(yōu)質(zhì)食材供應(yīng)商、烹飪料理新趨勢(shì)等。希望明年也有機(jī)會(huì)再次 過(guò)來(lái)參觀，期待看到更加完美的FHC。 In addition to rich and varied exhibition areas, there are also large numbers of professional forums to discuss the situation and breakthrough in food industry. My colleagues and I attended several, met ingredients suppliers and learnt a lot on new trends in cooking. We hope to visit again to witness a better FHC next year.
